| Q. How can I get replacement parts for your products?

| A. Please fill out our replacement part request form (US and Canada only). If you are in the US and Canada, you may also call Customer Service in Wilmington, Ohio at 800-866-5796 between 8 a.m. and 5p.m. eastern time. When calling, please specify either the part number of the tool or details about the product. Please note that there is a replacement limit of 10 springs or screws and two pair of pads per customer.
