Replacement Parts

To request a replacement part, please fill out the form below (US and Canada only). If you live in the US and Canada, you may also call Customer Service in Wilmington, OH at 800-866-5796 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST. When calling, please specify either the part number of the tool or details about the product. Please note that there is a replacement limit of 10 springs or screws and two pairs of pads per customer.
