Feed rate - the speed at which a drilling tool is fed or pushed into a work piece.

Flagging tape - a non-adhesive, weatherproof tape made of polyvinyl chloride used in construction, landscaping, excavating, identification of trees or hazards, and in locating underground cables or pipe. Come in a variety of bright colors for outdoor use.
